Yeah - Njal.la, the Swedish domain registrar, took it down, presumably after a phishing complaint from DOGE. It's now at DOGEZONE.zone

I did receive that email, but I never imagined that it was REALLY from Doge. (Why me?) My email provider had sent it directly to my SPAM folder, so I only read the few words that were visible without actually opening the message. . . (Now I look at the memes attached to YOUR email.) OH, WAIT, WAS THAT YOU GUYS??? If so, bravo! Very impressive!

I’ve had one followed by another threatening me with retrospective legislation if I share it with anyone despite it being their incompetence that I got sent it in the first place.

It would be hilarious, if it wasn't so sad 🤣 I'm a geek to the marrow of my bones, but wow ... these sadsacks are hella out of touch.

But, so good to hear from the Yes Men once again, even if the news is tragically uncool 🥳

Dear Yes Men. Your timing in this era of fake news is off. Reality is outpacing parody (as seen with the Trump-Gaza" video), and it's hard enough to know what is actually happening and what is not, and you need to update your tactics to deal with this issue. For something like this, I think it needs the word "parody" on it. We need your humor, but I felt this wasted my time/energy. I see Liz likes what you did (above), but FWIW I did not.

I think the point is to point to what is actually happening, the Yes Men help with identity correction. Making clear who we are dealing with. Even if it’s not “real” they are educating people. It’s to get people to think/see, not for entertainment.
